PASS Médico-Sociale Adultes (Permanence of Access to Health Care for Adults) – Conception

Access to care for adults without health rights. The PASS Adults of the Conception is also in charge of unaccompanied minors from the age of 17.

The PASS (Permanence d’Accès aux Soins de Santé) were established in health establishments by the 1998 law on the fight against exclusion. Their mission is to accompany people in precarious situations (who do not have CMU or AME) in the steps necessary to recognise their rights, particularly in terms of social security coverage.
