Le Petit Bouillon (by Le Bouillon de Noailles)
Le Petit Bouillon is one of the spaces run by the Bouillon de Noailles, an association created in Marseille in 2020 that uses cooking and food as a vector for social ties and professional integration.
Le Petit Bouillon offers interesting activities based around food and cooking, free and open to all:
Collective breakfast
A collective breakfast where you can come and eat (coffee, tea, sandwiches…), with the possibility of proposing a recipe and cooking it for everyone.
It’s free and there’s no need to register: just come along!
Cooking workshop
One morning a month, Le Petit Bouillon organizes a world cuisine workshop where everyone gets involved to discover a recipe and prepare a meal to enjoy together.
The workshop is free: all you need to do is register by phone or e-mail.
PRM accessibility: Le Petit Bouillon’s premises are accessible to people with reduced mobility, but the work surfaces and toilets are not.
Other spaces and projects at Le Bouillon de Noailles
The association runs a culinary magazine (Ingrédient), a food access program (le Bon Bouillon) and three social kitchens (the Espace des Enfants Autonomes, the Petit Bouillon and the Cuisine du 101) alongside local residents, associations and institutions.
