Duo for a Job offers an intercultural and intergenerational mentoring programme for young non-Europeans with the right to work in France: a series of meetings to help you make progress towards a job, work placement or training course.

During the programme (which is free and personalised), the mentor helps you to build your career plan, your CV and covering letters, and to develop your self-confidence, your network and your skills, etc.

To take part in the programme, you must

• be aged between 18 and 33
• be from a country outside the European Union
• be entitled to work full-time in France
  live in Marseille
• speak French or English
• No particular qualifications or professional experience required
