AU.ASIS (An Alternative Approach to Supporting the Integration of Seniors) is a project led by CIERES aimed at providing social and professional support to seniors over the age of 45 who are far from the job market:

Are you not registered with France Travail, do not receive RSA benefits, and are not retired?

Do you want to return to work but need guidance, support, and motivation?

An 8-month free support program

At your own pace and tailored to your situation, this program helps you gradually move toward employment or training in a supportive and attentive environment.

Phase 2: Support toward employment or training

• Develop a tailored career plan
• Identify your skills and aspirations
• Receive guidance through the process
• Preparing for a return to work or training

• Sophrology
• Art and cultural workshops
• Gardening
• Theater
• Social aesthetics
• Public speaking
• Self-confidence and self-esteem
• Museum visits
• Social services assistance
• And many other activities focused on well-being and career planning
