The Drogheria grocery store is built on a strong purchasing cooperative that includes individual and professional members as well as partner organizations. The goal is to offer high-quality, seasonal products sourced from small-scale or sustainable farming and short supply chains, at affordable prices, to cater to diverse dietary preferences.

The Drogheria grocery store also relies on the autonomy of its members, both in its day-to-day operations (each person weighs and pays for their own products) and in its management: handling the cash register and inventory, sourcing and suggesting new products, and more…

Drogheria is a project of the En Chantier association, which also manages La Cantine du Midi, located right next door.
