OPEN 3 _ Section Sport Santé et Bien-Être (SSBE)
A new Health & Wellness sports section, exclusively for women ages 16 and older.
This section offers six sessions per week (Monday through Saturday) featuring a variety of activities—strength training, track and field, and step aerobics—suitable for all fitness levels.
Childcare is provided during the sessions so that women can participate in sports with complete peace of mind.
The registration fee is on a pay-what-you-can basis
