In association with the Défenseure des Droits, the LDH in Marseille runs a hotline for access to rights and the fight against discrimination.

If you are a victim of discrimination on the basis of a prohibited ground (origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, etc.)

• You have been refused access to a good or service or are experiencing difficulties in asserting your rights (RSA, family benefits, CMU, Aide Médicale d’Etat, access to healthcare, employment law, opening a bank account, school enrolment, etc.).

To put an end to this situation, defend your rights and compensate you for the damage you have suffered, we will work with you to find the best course of action: direct intervention by LDH Marseille with the people concerned, referral to the rights defender, referral to other players or institutions ….

Please note: the LDH does not deal with applications for admission/renewal of residence permits or emergency accommodation.
