For 3 hours a day, we welcome people seeking papers over a cup of coffee or tea, listen to them and, if necessary, refer them to other associations we work with. We handle their administrative affairs, including AME, savings and current accounts, annual tax returns and complex administrative correspondence. For those who so wish, we help them put together their regularization files, which are then submitted via our partner lawyers. The special feature of our office hours is the integration coaching we offer to those applying for papers, which we feel is both necessary and important.
