La Cravate Solidaire is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting equal opportunity and combating discrimination in hiring. In particular, it supports job seekers and individuals entering or re-entering the workforce to help them succeed in their job interviews.

La Cravate Solidaire’s support is centered around the “Atelier Coup de Pouce” program, which includes:

• an initial meeting and discussion about career goals
• image coaching, including help selecting a professional outfit, provided free of charge
• coaching to prepare for job interviews
• a professional photo for resumes and professional networks.

The association also offers digital literacy programs and mobile workshops designed to facilitate access to employment.
