AMPIL’s main aim is to improve housing conditions for disadvantaged sections of the population, in particular by promoting their integration into the traditional housing circuits as they exist in France, and by avoiding any discrimination in this field.

It works on substandard housing and deteriorated condominiums. It has set up a real estate agency with a social vocation, and carries out specific actions for marginalized groups such as isolated elderly migrants, Roma families, the homeless and battered women.

It is involved in the production and acquisition of housing and in rental management, as well as defending rights and providing social housing support.
