I received OFPRA’s refusal in January 2016. I lodged an appeal with the CNDA and requested the appointment of a lawyer with legal aid. I got some good information about a lawyer from some of my compatriots, so I asked for a change of lawyer.
He told the lawyer who had been appointed that he would represent me at the CNDA because he was familiar with the situation in Kosovo. He was also responsible for notifying the CNDA.
