The PASS (Permanence d’Accès aux Soins de Santé – Health Care Access Desk) was set up in health care institutions by the 1998 law on the fight against exclusion. Their mission is to accompany people in precarious situations (who do not have CMU or AME) in the steps necessary for the recognition of their rights, particularly in terms of social coverage.

If you have a health problem combined with a problem accessing health care, a multidisciplinary team of social workers, doctors, a nurse and a receptionist will welcome you at the PASS Hôpital Nord, but also at the PASS Adultes Timone, PASS Conception – Maternité / Gynécologie, PASS Dentaire (Timone).
