Centre specialising in nationality and residence law for foreign nationals. Appointments for individuals and professionals accompanying foreign nationals are made by telephone.

Lawyers specialising in the law relating to foreign nationals carry out legal assessments
and deal with individual requests in the following areas

  • Nationality law
  • Residence law (residence permits, expulsion, etc.)
  • Entry into France

CADE is not responsible for appeals and does not deal with :
==> asylum law
==>  social rights
==> access to housing

but makes appropriate referrals to the services authorised to investigate and grant these rights, and provides information on the residence conditions required to access certain social rights, always for individual situations.
