The Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs is a local department of the Ministry of Culture and Communication. Placed under the authority of the Regional Prefect and under the functional authority of the Department Prefect, the DRAC groups the territorial directorates of architecture and patrimony located in each of the six departments of the region.
