A group of around twenty lawyers set up to defend the rights of UFMs throughout their journey in Marseille:

• application to the children’s judge for educational assistance,
• declaration of nationality
• advice and appeals for: schooling, applications for residence permits when they come of age, applications for “Jeune Majeur” contracts, etc.
• etc.

For referrals to the juvenile court, it is important to provide the young person’s surname, first name, date of birth, telephone number so that they can be contacted again and, where applicable, the reason for the emergency (medical, lack of accommodation, particular vulnerability, etc.).

The MNA Commission receives applications by appointment only: applications can be made by email or by going to the reception desk of the Bar Association (51 rue Grignan 13006 Marseille).
